Bier Burger - Hales Corners

The burgers were really good, and I would definitely return. The fries were a bit overcooked, but they were crispy.

This is a nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere that feels similar to the previous establishment, just with some renovations and a different name. Overall, my experience was positive; the burgers were tasty and the beer was, as expected, excellent. Initially, I anticipated that the focus would be more on the burgers and beers, with special attention given to the beer selection. While the options available weren't bad, I did expect a bit more variety.

Good burgers to choose from and a decent beer list. I like the Burger Concoctions and want to try them all. I hope they develop and turn new when time goes on. The burgers are good, but most of the taste comes from the blows and not the Patty itself. Burger patty was quality meat but no taste. Fries are seasoned and delicious. Waiting staff was not attentive, was not asked for another beer or a soda refill. Beer is in the name and would think that they want me to have more than one at my meal. Very friendly staff and fast, but as another reviewer said, there was no refill for my fiance.

What a fantastic place! Friendly, attentive service. But the best part was the fact that you can replace The Impossible Burger for each of the burgers on the map! All came to brioche bungalows, with a variety of topping options. We also had the sweet potato fries with a maple cream dip. All right! Our impossibility Burgers lived the expectations and were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back.

We hosted a gathering for 40 people in the Bier and Burger party room, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The reservation process was seamless, and organizing the event was a breeze. The setup was flawless, and the service was outstanding. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this venue to anyone. We definitely plan to use it for future parties!
