Chick Fun - Hales Corners

Absolutely amazing. I’m in Wisconsin for work and my hotel is 50 minutes away from this place, but it looked the most desirable. The menu is simple to understand with all of the classic Korean dishes. Staff is patient and friendly as well. I cannot wait to come back!!

Hearing mixed reviews, we wanted to try something new. We got there at 11:30a on a Sunday and upon arrival, everything was pitch black. Didn't know if it was open so the husband went to check the door. It appears the place may be closed permanently? Although yelp and Google says business is still open. We waited for 15 minutes and no one was there and business never opened so we left. Sad we didn't get to try it out but it'd be nice if the business updated its information

We just picked up lunch from ChickFun and it was very disappointing. We ordered two of the 8 piece boneless chicken lunch specials and an appetizer of fried goyoza. We asked for coleslaw with our lunch specials but they were out. We went with French fries for one lunch and radishes for the other. The chicken seemed like it was leftover from yesterday, It was dry, rubbery and gray in color. The batter was very heavy on small pieces of chicken. They forgot to give us the fries and we didn't like the radishes. The goyoza appetizer was delicious! This was our first time at this restaurant and it will be our last. It was pretty much a waste of $25.

This stuff nasty. Like honestly if you read any reviews about rubbery chicken, believe it. The boneless wings are breaded in what tastes like dumpling wrappers. Thick, chewy, flavorless. The spicy chicken bowls were dry and flavorless as well. The wings also seemed like they were dipped in cinnamon, which is weird. We threw almost everything away. Also one of my boneless wings had a feather. The flavor was not there, and when it was it was bad. Oh and to top it off, we didn't get any fries that were supposed to come with our order.
