Subway - Halethorpe

Staff weren't wearing their masks correctly and arguing with customers about wearing gloves when touching sandwiches. I don't think I'll be back :

How they said they?re closed right now when google states @10 with an open sign lit up smh..Mind you they said they closed at 9:30 but everything is cleaned up ????????

Horrible customer service !!! The lady that works at this location is just plain rude, if you are doing a pickup order she will make you wait until everyone waiting for subs to be made is finished before she hands you your already made food. Then when you finally do get your food she just plops it on the counter with an attitude and looks at you with disgust. The first time this happened I though maybe she's had a bad day but I've been to this location 3-4 times now and its always the same. After reading the reviews it seems like this is just who she is a person. Today will be the last time they get my business.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and unlike other sandwich shops, they are generous with the amount of meat and vegetables they add to your sub. I highly recommend everyone check out this location!

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I work nearby and was planning to have my lunch and dinner there every day, but I will never return. The woman at the counter was incredibly indifferent and made it feel like I was a nuisance to her.
