Mezza Luna - Half Moon Bay

Our time at Mezza Luna was exceptional! The service was quick, attentive, and welcoming. We loved the Prosciutto e Funghi pizza, Gnocchi, Pesce del Giorno, and Bisteca alla Griglia. The wines were excellent and we will certainly return. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food and service were excellent. They were kind enough to seat us by the harbor side during sunset, which was a beautiful touch. Their wine selection was impressive and we enjoyed the calamari friti, bruschetta, gnocchi, and piccata. The fresh fish and Italian cuisine were both delicious. We were treated to a special dessert for our anniversary, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience. 2 weeks ago I missed a reservation because we had no idea there was an event in HMB hence a lot of traffic. The restaurant accommodated me by moving the reserv. For a later time, but unfortunately, I was not able to make it. They were so kind and understanding. Then we re-booked for this past Sunday for a birthday. The young lady at the front remembered me from the previous week and as kind as always and gave us a great table. Our waiter was so polite and knowledgeable, food was amazing, every single thing. And the staff came together to sing HBD with ice cream and each one wished a HBD before walking back to work. All with the help of the young lady up front, who caught when I mentioned birthday, she told our waiter and he quietly asked me if I wanted to do it. We have been going here for a few years now and their food and service is always the best! I will definitely celebrate many more special occasions here. Huge Thank you to the entire staff!
