San Benito House - Half Moon Bay

Okay, I love this place! it is a great place to have some drinks, and has a lot of history. However, we saw that there was a happy hour, and that margaritas was part of what was considered a happy hour menu. it was at 5:40 when we ordered. the barkeeper has calculated us the regular price. I went outside and took a picture of the sign that said happy hour 3-6. I showed the bartender my picture of the hours. she crumbled her shoulders and said: the computer cost it, so I give 3 stars. although all the other 5 stars were. because the computer was correct, instead of the customer who had a picture, she just took the sign on the outside of the building. I don't recommend going here for happy hour as far as I'm concerned, that's wrong advertising. but the drinks and atmosphere are still good.

Good burger and salad. There was very little open Sunday afternoon in HMB.

We did take out. Food was good and service was great. Prices are reasonable.

The only reason that I’m giving three stars is just because they seem a little unorganized. Everyone was very nice and our food and drink were great. We’ll definitely try them again.

It's great to see the Cantina open again. The food is fabulous. In particular, I missed the fresh bread.
