The prawns are not fresh, and the sauce is oily. After eating in this restaurant, I have diarrhea for a day. The attitude of the waiters is quite bad. It is strongly recommended to check their hygiene. I need to get compensation

I love hotpots and in spring is my new favorite now. So many options to choose from. We enjoyed our dinner however my little boy asked for rice but not available.. i love their fishballs, selection of broths and tofu.. for desserts, we just had an ice cream and fruits (melon&orange).

I am obsessed with this place. It is all you can eat and you have choice to have premium or regular option of meat selections. They have variety of delicious food and it is impossible to leave that place hungry. This visit was very disappointing. It used to be my favorite hotpot restaurant, but today I noticed that the ingredients, particularly the meat, tasted strange. It was as if they had been sitting in a cupboard for over six months, losing all their flavor and resembling paper in texture. I voiced my concerns but still had to pay full price. I won't be returning. I understand that running a business is tough, but compromising on taste to save money ultimately harms your reputation. As a Chinese customer, it's disheartening to see so many Chinese businesses prioritize quick profits over valuing their customers, only to end up losing everything.
