Burger Box - Haltom City

I ordered through doordash. They gave me one slice of cheese for a triple meat burger. If the option meant one slice of cheese and there was an option to add more it would be my bad but the option just says cheese on doordash. And theres no options to remove ingredients so I used the additional instructions box to ask for no pickle, tomato, or mustard but they didn't see it. Maybe its just miscommunication with the app hope they do better in the future.

I have been to this location many times on the way home from work. Cutomer service skills are highly lacking! I ALWAYS ask for UNSWEET tea! I repeat my tea no less than 2 to 3 times to make sure it is unsweet! And order my familys burgers and fries. The reason I repeat my UNsweet tea is because sugar literally makes me throw up and I get an instant stomach ache!! Today I took of big deink of what was supposed to be my UNSWEET tea, and it is a SWEET tea. I immediately spit it out and start heaving. The young lady working the window see's the tea sitting on the ledge and FINALLY comes to the window after having a sizeable conversation with the elderly grey long haired lady wearing a pony tail. The young girl just looked at me. I said I asked.for an unsweet tea and this is full of sugar. Please give me an Un sweet tea with no ice. She says NOTHING. Takes the tea makes a new one. Hands it to me with the rest of my order and says NOTHING!! I asked her if ketsup and salt were in the bag she still says nothing. After the young lady slammed the window she looks at the elderly lady Says something and they Both gave me nasry looks like I had done something wrong... Um EXCUSE me, YOU DID NOT MAKE MY ORDER CORRECT. I WAS NOT RUDE OR HATEFUL AT ALL. This is NOT the first time YOUR customer service skills are /were lacking. I know several people that no longet go to that location due to poor customer service skills. If you DONT like YOUR job and want to treat people with kindness GET A NEW ONE. Now if I was rude nasty and hateful I could completely se3 you both being hateful BUT I WAS NOT and people do NOT deserve to pay good money for NASTY customer service. This is the last time you will obtain my business!

Haven't had them in a long time but they definitely did not disappoint!! Such a good burger!!

Everything in this restaurant is nasty ? overcooked and overpriced

A perfect and classic place that represents the burger properly. Best onion rings I've found anywhere close also. Burgers are not my favorite thing, but I'll go out of my way for one of theirs. Old school feel is great. Food is always perfect.
