Fantastic evening had in this amazing pub / restaurant for my daughter birthday. meals were cooked to perfection, personal friendly care. in any case would recommend a visit.

After a good local walk on a beautiful sunny day sitting outside with a drink and a meal here was perfection. good simple pub food to very good trips. great staff. really good again.

Can't praise the staff an food enough go above an beyond on every visit. Great value for money on the lite bites menu if you haven't a large appetite. Decor is quirky always clean I would highly recommend if your exploring the aera or if...you don't want to pay airport price for a below standard meal, call in on your way you will not be disappointed.

Grubby tables and surfaces, gents loo, smelly and grubby. Disabled toilet, no paper, dryer not working, Asked for a latte coffee, paid full price, got a sachet tipped into a glass. A closer look reveals not very hygienic.. staff pleasant enough.

We had a nice lunch today for 18 people from halewood. the members have met various menu choices, but all were satisfied with their eating and enjoyed the atmosphere of this house. we were very appalled by donna and ian and will certainly return. next time we eat after our game session.
