Taco King - Hamden

Wow, I'm honestly amazed! I was pleasantly surprised on my first order. The steak burrito I got was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The ordering process was incredibly easy, and both the person taking my order and the delivery driver were incredibly friendly. My order arrived right on time. I wasn't initially in the mood for Mexican food, but it was what my wife wanted. After just one bite, my appetite completely changed. It was definitely worth it, especially with such reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Taco King is hands down the best taco spot I've had the pleasure of visiting in the area. They offer a comprehensive menu filled with a delicious array of flavors! You really can’t go wrong with any choice from their offerings. I’ve been there several times before writing this review, and I have great respect for how this business runs, especially given all the challenges the pandemic has brought us.

I've been a regular at Taco King for years, and the food is always fresh and delicious. While it might not be traditional Mexican fare, they never pretended to be. The burritos are enormous, and the tacos are amazing, whether you opt for chicken, shrimp, or steak. Their Mexican pizza is fantastic too!

I absolutely love this restaurant! Although it may not serve traditional Mexican cuisine, the food is incredibly tasty. The sweetness of the black beans is something I really enjoy. You must try their Mexican pizzas; they have a large round tortilla chip as the base, loaded with toppings, and finished off with another crunchy tortilla, cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños. It's simply fantastic and a must-try!
