Big Tobacco Kitchen & Whiskey

Although big tobacco is a popular quarter of us, we hadn't been able to come for a while. we were pleased to be able to sit on a beautiful evening on the terrace and who come and go to watch on the george street as we enjoyed our meal. we were offered both the terrace and the dining room menu for selection; the menus are not extensive, (in my mind a good thing, so they can focus on doing everything well, instead of doing too much and hoping that they get it right) but offer plenty of variety to different taste directions. we had a hard choice, and none of our decisions were disappointed. our salat was a fine combination of aromen, which did not overwhelm the delicate greens; the fried chicken (an old favorite) was still amazing; bucatini with wild mushrooms was delicious, with wonderful taste depth, and the fried perch was nicely made light, not heavy or greasy. dessert sounded wonderful, but we were full. we are grateful for this charitable and looking forward to our next visit.

The food was really good. surpassed expectations. I wish the weeping list had a better sort, but still good. I will have gone back

Once we found out the menu, it was a wonderful eating experience. we enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff was helpful and friendly. we will definitely come back.

Best fried chicken that I had ever. the new patio menu is a lot. could use a few more vegetarian options. salates were really good. the service was not great, obviously they were just occupied. but beautiful owner, trendy decor and the chicken.

Food was really neat. We struggled with the sharing format not knowing how big the portions were and our waitresses were not much help. We ended up ordering the $7 patio items because they are single portion.
