Kelseys Original Roadhouse - Hamilton

Kasey our server was friendly and efficient, was quick to bring drinks and take our order. Was a great night out after a long day at work. Plus I earned bonus scene points so that is also a perk for dining out at Kelseys.

I ordered through an app and there was an issue with my burger. After calling Kelsey’s, Ashley and staff made things right in a timely manner. They drove out and delivered a new burger with a fresh order of my fries and even a complimentary cheesecake to apologize. Thanks again.

Quickly missed, beautiful server, eating came fast and tasted good. the stars are removed because they did not have my open table reservation, there was a big gash in the chair cushion and the tables were really close together. feels like this place could use a facelift.

This location felt unclean. Hostess was very unfriendly. We were seated at a very small two person table about 1 foot from another table, despite the restaurant being almost empty. They were out of two things that we tried to order, and the salad I ended up ordering came with very few of the toppings that had been listed in the description. We’ve always enjoyed Kelsey’s, but this location was a terrible experience and the food was definitely up to par!

Wings were to salty made my husband nauseas and he couldn’t eat them and the Mac and cheese was Alfredo not cheese
