Wendy's - Hamilton

This location is convenient for me and I have to say, after the renovation, it is fantastic! The food is always fresh and delicious, and I never have to wait long for my order. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the person who took my order was not very friendly and didn't smile at me. She appeared as if she didn't want to be there. I understand that we all have off days, but having worked in customer service for years, I know that something as simple as a smile can make customers feel appreciated. She wasn't rude, just uninterested in serving me.

This is an older Wendy's but nice and clean. I tried the power Mediterranean salad but I prefer the Apple Pecan better. The stall in the bathroom is so small you almost have to stand on the toilet to be able to close the door....Other than that it has my vote.

I like their salads and hamburgers and sometimes a chocolate Frosty. Depending on the clerk, request for extra ketchup and napkins is usually accurate.

8. December 2022, 11:00. Wendy's going through on James. Ordered a double and single and 2 pommes, the order was in the pocket when we went to the kiosk window. The Burgerpatties were dry and almost burned so patiently sitting and warming, what happened to everyone with Hot and Juicy, we would have waited 10 minutes and got an edible burger. Doesn't the manager observe what happens in the kitchen or does not have the ability to manage a restaurant? We'll never apply to the Upper James Store again. People take a few minutes to the upper James and Rymal.

Great customer service and good food, wood really like to come with my family and dinner here again.
