Best Italian food about … the service was second to none…would highly recommend for dinner or lunch when in the area

We had an excellent time in thr new Gusti d'italia restaurant. The food was very hot and presented very nice . The staff were very professional .

Have been previously and thought it was worth another visit. Table had dried food stuck to it menues dirty food tasteless presentaion of food slaped on the plate, Steak was a disgrace WONT BE BACK

We have visited Gusti's numerous times before their expansion and never had a reason to send food back. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we did encounter some issues. Despite this, the situation was handled well, which is why I am giving them 4 stars. We opted for the pre-theater meal and while the main courses were good, two of the starters (meatballs) were served cold and the mussels were in a watery sauce, making them inedible. The gamberoni we shared between four of us was delicious. The cold meatballs were quickly replaced, but my companion chose not to have the mussels replaced. The mains were good, although it took two requests and 15 minutes to receive our second drinks. The staff was friendly, but it seemed they were understaffed as it was very busy. The restaurant has been nicely renovated, but on this occasion, it did not meet the standards we had come to expect. Hopefully, this was just an off night for them, as they are lovely people and I wish them continued success.

This review may be lengthy, but it is definitely worth it. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were captivated. It was a hidden gem and completely unexpected. The staff were delightful and very willing to cater to our requests. The beverage options were fantastic. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience...
