Hard working crew that always serves a quality pizza.

Bear in mind that Donato’s will add a $5 delivery fee at checkout. It’s not priced into the pizza and it’s not a tip for the driver, who actually bears the cost of delivering pizza. A $20 pizza will quickly become a $28 pizza with a 15% tip. Scummy practice. Raise prices if you need to, but don’t play bait and switch with fees.

UPDATE: Whoever the delivery driver is at this location that drives the tan older truck, I believe it’s a ford. He has brown hair. KEEP HIM and give him a raise. Best delivery driver y’all have ever had. He always has multiple orders to deliver at once. Never forgets a single thing plus brings plates, napkins, parm. Cheese, and crushed peppers. He is the only reason I’m changing my review to 5 stars. If I order something I would expect to receive it especially when I am paying for it. Seems like every time I order food from this location one or more items are forgotten even though I am paying for them.

I tried donatos for the first time and it was amazing! The employees were all so friendly and Janet went above and beyond recommending things to try. The food was hot and the service was amazing. I will for sure be back!

Absolutely the worst customer service. On numerous occasions they have messed my pizza up yet I still give them a chance. The girl Janna should be fired or atleast moved to the back of the restaurant where then she can only be rude to her coworkers and not the paying customers. She told me it did not matter that the employee didn't do their job it only matters what the ticket says. This is the third or fourth time she has been rude to me. If I ever decide to order again I will make sure she isn't working that day. I don't know why someone so rude should be made an assistant manager. This is the Hamilton high street location I am speaking of. Belinda is nice but needs to due diligence and remand Janna to the back of the house at the least. Down with janna!!!!
