Longhorn Steakhouse - Hamilton

My man and I went here to his birthday. we ordered two appetizers that were great, but when we got our meals, my steak was better than medium. it was dry and had some of a burned taste. my server (cecily,) who was great, asked if I wanted to send him back, but I refused. it was my birthday and he was satisfied with his meal, so I was good. I just had to ventilate a little.

My family and I came here after being ignored for way too long at the restaurant next door...so glad we did! If my memory serves me correct, our server's name was Morgan, and she was top notch from the moment we were seated! She was friendly, personable and gave great recommendations when asked. All of our food was delicious, even the bread they provide as a starter! We'll definitely be back and requesting Morgan, fingers crossed she's working when we do!

I hosted my sister's surprise birthday dinner here this afternoon, with 20 attendees. MOST of us who were present had never been here before. The food was stupendous!! Portions were hefty. Service was remarkably outstanding, and the ambience spectacular. We had a GREAT time and we're pleasantly surprised by the entire Longhorn Steakhouse team of servers, and staff who skillfully and expertly handled the entire group. NOT ONE COMPLAINT, from the large party. We had 3 repeats on the stuffed mushrooms, they were SO good!! Can't wait to return. Amazing experience..... THANKS Chad and LHS employees for allowing us to be thoroughly delighted from start to finish.

Great place. Very authentic. The food is great too.

I always get a 20 oz Rib eye steak I only eat salad I do not get a side so I asked for my side to be Sauteed Onions. They were basically thrown into a Pan and heated up with butter it's up with butter. The service was OK I don't have any complaints except for she wasn't on top of drinks . But they were busy. The reason I give them a 3 is because my steak was very tough with a lot of grizzle and no flavor.. For $30 I would have expected a lot better steak
