Restaurant was empty when we arrived, the waitress was lovely and the water was delicious, unfortunately it went downhill after that. The meatball pasta was actually the worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant. They tasted like they were a frozen Gilmours on sale item. Guessing this is no longer an Italian run restaurant. Food: 2

Haven't been here for years, but we pretty much loved our visit. Food was bang on, loved the flavour of the anchovies on the bruschetta and our mains were generous and cooked beautifully. Byo which is a must for us) with corkage at a reasonable $10 wouldn't like it any higher to be fair). BUT the background music ugh!! Volume wasn't toooo bad, but the overall music genre/selection was so jarring!!! Some nice Italian dinner music mixed in, II Divo here and there/softer more easy listening music maybe, would have been far more enjoyable. I'm sure I heard ACDC or suchlike play! This place was an amazing find! It felt just like we were in Rome with the lovely decor and music. The food was also delicious, it was the best bruschetta I have tasted with fresh flavours and the seafood pasta was also great. I would DEFINITELY recommend you going here if you're in Hamilton! Haven't been for a long time and took friends there recently. Glad to see everything is still amazing.
