Racha Thai - Hamilton

Beautiful restaurant when they visit hamilton! not really authentic I would say, but the taste is not bad. the price is also reasonable.

A very pleasant and relaxed ambiente. excellent customer service, absolutely delicious and fluffy inexpensive food from curls to desserts. this is one of the best Thai restaurants my family and I have gedimt in victoria. this invaluable experience in racha thai restaurant will return with us to melbourne.

Over-priced; authentic Thai flavours severely toned down to suit Aussie country town clientele (the green curry not hot at all); frozen vegies used for dishes. The only positive thing about the $60 spent on take-away dinner for two...was we didn't have to cook!

When they are in hamilton and after thai, racha is the place to go. the menu is quite small. but what they do is both delicious and affordable. the restaurant itself is very small. I suggest booking in advance. not many good places to go in hamilton, so I would choose this as one of the only feasible options.

Ordered they take green curry huh here recently with some pages. sadly badly done. the meat was clear, it tasted as if it was cooked at least 24 hours ago and probably longer and simply warmed again so that it hard, rancid tasting and simply terrible. incapable to finish meal. cuts and sides of spring rolls and curry buffers seemed to be prepared from bulky frozen items, not freshly produced in the store like a real Thai restaurant. the take-off meal was not consumed long after preparation, so obviously it did not go in the 15 minutes or so it took to take it home to eat it. also there should be no reason why customers should take away a second set...read more
