Within the Westfield shopping centre on an upper floor. Usual Nando’s standard. We had a nice meal. Can't really go wrong with Nando's?

, it’s worth it! Lovely place to visit! I was astonished on how quick the service is even though there were quite a few customers the line went quickly. You’re able to fill your own drink and refill it for free! I definitely recommend going here instead of anywhere else. The chips are absolutely banging and the chicken are spot on. So thank you very much for all staff

This happened 5th March in the evening. HAIR IN FOOD, RUDE STAFF, UNHYGIENIC and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Please do not go here. I was eating the chips and could feel something in the chips and pulled a long strand of brown hair from my mouth. So disgusting. The staff did not apologise, and the waitress spoke rudely saying they will replace the meal and they seemed unbothered which makes me feel like this probably happens a lot at this branch. We had to wait another 45 minutes. They brought out the wrong order after 45 mins wait. Asked to speak to the manager/supervisor he did not seem bothered he just brought out chips and left the rest of the order and we didn't get the order we paid for. The toilets were so filthy and unhygenic. I understand that sometimes mistakes can be made but the way the staff handled it was disrespectful, rude and showed really poor customer service skills. Literally ruined our evening. We shall not come to this branch ever again as it was a total waste of money. This is unacceptable behaviour. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to train all their staff in hospitality, hygiene and customer service skills. This place is trash.

Great restaurant,always friendly atmosphere,they care very much for the customer needs and want to make sure they deliver great service! Totally recommend shepherd Bush NANDOS
