Greathorse - Hampden

We had a wedding tonight at this venue and it was a perfect venue to have a special event! Everyone on staff were forbes 5 star. Chris the wedding planner. Tom, paige and other waiters and bartender were all excellent. Thank you for your help and giving my brother a great wedding. The hors d'oeuvres were some of the best food I've had in a long time. I was totally blown away by Great Horse. I know this as a kid as the Hampden Country Club and it was nothing to write home about (or a Yelp review for that matter). The people who have purchased and taken charge of this place have done an amazing job. It's totally different with no trace of the past. I went here for a corporate event. We have a yearly offsite at work and this year it was at Great Horse. The staff was incredible. They were there when you needed them and invisible when you did not. The food was excellent and the quarters we were given for the meeting went above and beyond expectations. This place is a pace above other venues. What an amazing view too! I'm going to ask that we have work events each year at Great Horse.

Wow! This place needs no more explanation then that! Most enjoyable round of golf I have had in years. Can't wait for spring to get back on the links. First class all the way.

Went there this Saturday for a wedding best wedding food I've ever had in my life tremendous service. Unbelievable buffet dessert and hors d'oeuvres were out of this world. The only complaint was the table red wine was tremendously sweet didn't like it. The white wine was good. A very pretty wedding venue. If you're planning a banquet, I highly recommend this club.
