Írjon visszajelzéstThe new guidelines in place demanded that you buy a card and then add money to it to play the children. The game time is based on points or the time you want to play. My grandson and I only had a few minutes between the dates and I told him we could go for about 15 minutes, which wasn't part of one of their plans. So I had to buy a card for more than this time so he can play. Most of the time was not pleasant, because the young lady in the register was rude when the basketball games he wanted to play did not work, so I had to go back and forth to find help as they stood there to look at me and decide each other who wanted to help us. Chuck e-Käse ran off in terms of customer service. I will try again to my grandson's sake and hope that next time will have a better experience.
My son wanted to come here for dinner for his birthday, and I was shocked at how clean the place is and how friendly the employees are. Their kid safety check process made me feel comfortable letting my children run around. We ordered dinner for a family of five (three adults and two kids) and paid for unlimited games for both kids for 30 minutes, and our total came out to right around $100 which is a great value. The whole facility was sanitary and inviting, the food was reasonably quick and the kids loved it, and we could even pause the play time to sit down to eat and resume it afterwards with no penalty! We will definitely be back and I hope more people read this review and decide to give this place a visit with their kids!
Thank you for having a space for my Autistic Community. Sensory Sunday is the best time for them, the enjoy and the parents are grateful they can have their time to play without the normal crowd
Tons of fun for the kids, I will say this party groups need to be spaced future apart. To close together
This location is clean, the games are working, the staff are professional. I've been in some Chuck E. Cheese locations where I wanted to pull out a vacuum and clean all of the tables and games with bleach wipes, but that is definitely not the case in this Chuck E. Cheese. I ordered the 90 minutes of unlimited games on a card for $29! This is not a bad deal at all! When you compare this to other children's game/eating stores you will spend a lot more than that on 90 minutes worth of playing games nonstop. We ate before coming to this location so we ordered 3 drinks and were off to the races. They don't have the Chuck E. Cheese band playing like I remembered as a kid. That's probably a good thing because they are kind of creepy to look at. One thing that I like is they request that you take a picture of yourself with the kids you are entering with so that they can see the picture before you leave so they can be sure that you are not sneaking off with a kid. I do appreciate that one extra step for safety. We had a great time playing the games at this location.
