Dunkin' - Hampton

The hazelnut latte was really excellent! The staff are friendly and there are some lovely people here.

I'm the new manager of the dunkin' donuts I made it my pride to take the store over and turn it into a better store I have an employee that speaks sign language I have an employee that speaks Spanish we try to cater to everybody in our community we keep our coffee fresh and although our donuts are delivered brighten early in the morning we prepare them for you guys we have friendly staff and we would love to get to know our community better

It?s 8:30 and the lobby is closed which I get but the drive thru sign is off, the front open sign us off. People are inside, I drive to the drive thru and a voice comes on the speaker. I ask for donuts and they have no donuts but close at 10:00. I want this location to be successful but if this continues, I can understand why it doesn?t. Smh!

The donuts are tasty, but I'd rather have them made fresh on-site instead of delivered. The coffee, unfortunately, tasted over-roasted and bitter.
