Mcdonald's - Hampton

Aren't open 24 hours, people working, but not ordering? or just don't want to work. and if they see someone in the thru running gear, maybe they use the headset we saw on their head and let them know so that we don't wait for a mobile job we've already paid for.

I have tried this McDonald’s 3 times now. The first time I got a McFlurry. This thing tasted spoiled! It was disgusting!!!! The second time they just told us they were closed even though they are supposed to be 24 hours, and this last time they just said they were closed for 30 minutes. I have very low expectations for McDonald’s but this is just embarrassing! I will not be going here again, mostly because I’m sure it will be closed!

It's 2 a.m. we stopped to pick up a Coke and a burger and we have been waiting for 20 minutes now nothing is moving it is extremely annoying I never ever had to wait at a McDonald's for that long. At a time so much for fast food... update 10 minutes later we are still waiting for the food at this point we cannot leave the line we kind of stuck

I went to McDonald’s at 2:30 am right at closing time. Rather than being impatient like others might at closing, Denaia and Yanna were very accommodating and warm in personality. Thank you so much for this great experience and you are very lucky to have these 2 on your team!!

I’m sure the people here mean well, but this McDonalds literally never gets an order correct. Forget about customizing an order, they can’t even get just a standard order correct. Ever. And then when they finally do, you’ve been there an hour. Hard pass on visiting this location. To be clear, the people are very nice it just seems like none of them know how to do their jobs. At least not the first or second time.
