Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered from here several times before, including pickup and delivery without problems, but after today I will never order from here again. But this evening was quite different. I placed my order and selected delivery. The confirmation of my order was sent to me by e-mail that it would be delivered shortly. Quickly after two hours, no food, no updates about my order, and of course no answer when I call the store. I heard almost fifteen minutes of the message. So I'm going to the store to find that my order sits on the counter for which knows how long. Once I ask about the lack of updates with the order that I say they do not deliver, but use GrubHub and that there are no drivers. Then why offer the delivery as an option? Then, if I ask for a refund, I say that they can't find the order in the system... the SAME order that sits on the counter. Then I am informed that the owner must go to the system to cancel the order so that my money can be refunded. That was unbelievably too much!
Only a woman worked. She trusted us in time. Food was great and service was good.
After receiving my delivery, I attempted to call the restaurant several times before 9:00 AM on a weekday. I placed my order through the Uber Eats app at 7:14 PM on April 6, 2022. I ordered 20 chicken wings—10 Tame and 10 Honey Q—but I only received 8 of each, totaling just 16 wings. All were drenched in sauce, which made the skin soggy and unappealing. I also ordered regular fries for $2.80 and funnel fries for $5.50. The regular fries were undercooked and gritty, while the funnel fries were dark and hard. I am extremely disappointed with my experience, especially after spending nearly $35. This was not worth it, and I won't be ordering from here again.
I called back ten minutes later to check again, and they still said it hadn’t been picked up. I asked the employees how I was supposed to know when it would be picked up since I placed the order on the Wing Zone app, not on their door. That’s when I was told that they don’t actually deliver the orders. I reminded them that I ordered through the app and selected delivery, which they had accepted. The employee said he needed to get a manager. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called back, still without any updates. The employee reappeared and said the manager was too busy to speak to me right then but would try to get back to me later. I explained that I couldn't wait much longer since I had already been waiting for two hours for food that I didn't want to receive but had paid for. The employee laughed on the phone, and I felt he was mocking me. I overheard him speaking to someone else, and it seemed like he was trying to brush off the situation. Eventually, he told me the manager would still try to get back to me later. I just wanted a refund at that point, and he said he’d process it, but I have to wait and see if that actually happens. I definitely would not recommend doing business with this restaurant.
I ordered the Honey Q crunch wings, but instead received plain wings. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. The wedges and toast were good, though. I also ordered brisk fruit punch, but ended up with Dole lemon instead. I will be calling tomorrow since I didn't get a response tonight.
