Centro Trattoria - Hampton Bays

I love this place. Nicely decorated and delicious food. Two times for restaurant week, once for brunch, and another time for price fixing Wednesday... never disappointed. Cavatelli Carbonara is the best I ever had.

We went last week and loved it! The waitresses, bus staff, and hostesses are all wonderful. Great atmosphere, great selection of wine, and delicious food. My favorite is the expresso martini We have even already ordered take out (just as good). Happy to have a good Italian restaurant near us. wishing them all the best for the future.

Attended a private party last night at Centro and drinks, food, service and atmosphere was amazing! Variety of passed hors d'oeuvres, top shelf bar, amazing dinner choices and delicious tiramisu for dessert! The staff was Very accommodating and we are looking forward to more dinners there in the future! Thank you Nina and staff for a wonderful evening.

Centro Trattoria Bar has a delightful ambiance. The food is terrific- with a nice selection to choose from and the staff is fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant. I eat there at least once a month :
