Taco Bell - Hanceville

It would be great, if the employees would stop asking to round customers change up!!! It's disrespectful a discrafeul!!!Most of us with common sense, knows, that, every penny you steal from customers, isn't going to this so called organization!!!I'm guessing, the CEO, like the red cross, gets thousands then there thousands for so called administrations fees!!!The employees need to stop being in a hurry when customers are ordering too!!!

Placed an online order at this location tonight. Came to the drive through and was asked if I wanted to donate a dollar at the drive thru for the local scholarship fund. Absolutely I wanted to, and did. Invest in our future folks.Anyhow I got home and took the four tacos out of the meal bag, and realized not only did I raise fund for higher education, but I was also gifted a ladle of grease on each taco ???.All jokes aside, maybe press the meat against the side of the container a bit before slapping it on? ?

The sign says they 're open for breakfast but waiting to open at 8:00am is ridiculous. The Cullman location is open earlier at a more appropriate breakfast time, why isn 't this location? Very frustrating!

Food is normally fine and order’s usually correct, but last couple times at the drive through the younger guy working the window has been rude/unprofessional. Keeps the window mostly closed and kind of dangles your card and food outside of it, making you have to reach further for them. Also doesn’t say a word to you the whole time… I don’t care about having a conversation with workers by any means but a normal “hello” or “here you go” goes a long way in not making you look like an a**hole.

I ordered 2 bean cheese burritos without the onions and sauce plus 2 cheese rollups from the Value menu without sauce (I'm allergic to sauce) with a large Ice Water. Everything tasted good going down, but by time i got home about 15 minutes later, i was in bathroom. I guess I can no longer eat Taco Bell food. Ughhhhh...
