I've literallu traveled the world on a hunt for the best Mexican food. We went to Figaro's right at opening for lunch and was immediately impressed with the friendly service and wide open, clean atmosphere. Hits from the 80's softly played overhead, which didn't necessarily match the style, but created a relaxing environment. And then the food. Holy freakin moly! The chili verde enchilada was among the top 5 Mexican dishes I've ever eaten. Maybe top 2 or 3. Absolutely incredible. I wanted to order another and just eat until I was sick- would have been worth it. The salsa bar had any style salsa you could want, and the tangy green was my favorite of all time. No joke, it was amazing. Also tried a fish taco, which did not disappoint. A decent beer selection in bottle and draft. No margaritas, which slightly disappointed my wife, but not enough to last more than a few seconds. Overall, Figaro's is our new favorite spot in the area. I plan on going back for another enchilada plate this weekend already!
