The Lakeside Veggie - Hangzhou

Definitiw the best vegan restaurant I have ever experienced. the dishes were amazingly tasty and the selection very kreatiw. not only the usual vegan dishes, but better, no they can see the cook creativity to offer excellent vegan culinary experience. this restaurant deserves a Michelin star!

Large eating with delicious vegan Chinese desserts excellent service and a quiet sea place to sit. the prices are higher, but for all above. the meal for two with dessert was about 250 rmb.

Of all veggie/vegan restaurants in hangzhou, the lakeside veggie is at the top end of the skala. the hotel is located in a beautiful place with views of the gardens around the lake, this could not be a place for those on a budget. dishes are usually more expensive than elsewhere, although the quality is very good. beautiful interieur, very comfortable. I went here with a friend and split six or so between us. we found out that the Tom-Yum soup was particularly good, but we had to remember the personal of our last dish they forgot. also not quite sure whether this restaurant serves beer; we didn't see any listed. in total very nice eating in a very nice place menu with pictures and some English.

The atmosphere is safer. I have worn my denim shorts, sneakers and backpack for lunch before wandering and I felt out of place. the personal was incredibly polite and treated me super as well as a paraglider independent. I ordered a tofu pot with Yunnan pine and cauliflower. it wasn't very big, nor had it a much extra taste, but something about the type that it was cooked in a kind of soybutter brought the natural aromas of the sweet, so I really enjoyed it. I also had the avocado salad, which had some cubed fresh tomatoes and really thin pieces of dried seetang. it was good, but the dressing was absolutely swimming in wasabi. if they are as sensitive to whatabi as I, forbearance. it is because of the salat I ordered a side of rice, the sweet pulled out and left as much from the dressing behind as I could. I think the amount of food I ordered was perfect for a person to satisfy. do not expect huge portions or endless menu options such as many other vegan restaurants in China, but expect high-quality food, great service and a pleasant atmosphere that makes for a very nice culinary experience. also it is very easy to find this place. the marker seems to be right on the target.
