Casey's - Hanna City

I work in the agriculture industry and frequent many small town Casey's. Tonight at the Hannah City location I witnessed something I couldn't believe, the guy making pizzas was actually raising his voice to customers being rude, belligerent, and aggressive. One lady in particular he yelled at he told her she lied about placing an order and was just trying to steal a pizza from Casey's. I also heard multiple people say they had been waiting an extremely long time as well. Not sure what this guys problem is but I won't be back to this Casey's to find out, I can't believe this Casey's allows their staff to conduct themselves in this manner.

Messed up or pizza order. Ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 ham,mushrooms. They did ham mushrooms on whole thing.

The food was decent but didn't quite stand out, earning a 3 out of 5. However, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made the process smooth and quick, so I’m giving them a solid 5. The atmosphere of the place also deserves a mention; it had a lively and welcoming vibe, which is why I rated it 5 out of 5. For the price, it's a good option for a quick breakfast!

This is the worst Casey's I have ever visited. It's disappointing that I live in Hanna City and they are the only option in town. The manager is rude, lazy, and unprofessional. They have been out of stock on the most common tobacco product in America for over a month. I've experienced issues with the pumps not working, and they often run out of receipt paper. The employees seem annoyed when asked for assistance, and none of the cashiers know how to count change properly; they simply dump it into your hand. Sometimes, the pizza warmers only have a couple of slices on each of the three shelves, and they look like they've been there for hours. Additionally, the ice in the soda machine has black mold. If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. Meal type: Other.
