Eis 2000 - Hannover

Eis 2000 has been known to vegans in Hannover for many years, as they were one of the first ice cream stores in Hannover to offer a range of vegan options. Their gluten free ice cream cones are actually vegan, even if they are not marked as such. Great options with some unusual flavours, superb taste.

I was pretty impressed by how many (clearly marked vegan options they have and not all of them are your typical sorbets. the had vegan chocolate ice cream and stracchiatella. their variety is huge (so are the portions!! and there’s flavours you hardly get anywhere else i tried rhubarb : ice cream was creamy, taste was great!

Very nice ice cream. the egg tastes extremely tasty the service is nicely uncomplicated. Unfortunately, not all sorts are vegan, but there are 4 5 vegan types of ice. the vegan sorts are well marked with the word “vegan” on top right at the sign. a ball costs € 1.20, which is in normal to favorable ramen. also great is that you don't have to stand for long (under the week, afternoon, at 25 30°C). Many declared vegan options that are really delicious. my favorites are dark chocolates and bananas.

Super ice business with fair trips. it's a shame they can only sit on the main street. 1 ball 1€
