Absolutely delicious! one of the quietest meal I had in vietnam. for only 2 persons would be a more balanced order phile chiên phng and pho cuon to share. the service was perfectly acceptable, but I was there to taste delicious food instead of being tasted by waiter.

Great food. my first time with pho cuon (married bark, salate and crimson rolled in very wide steamed phoreinudeln). in the fish sauce stuffed, it is a very fantastic tasting dish. I really liked it. we also ordered meatless phokin phong (fried phocuses with a mountain of green veggie, tomato and wobbly stir fried in oyster sauce) meatless phokine separation (fried dough of cut rice papers mixed with egg with the same mountain of veg stir fry). both were very delicious when the fried pho were still crispy. the veg-stird frit was very tasty and spicy. the Pho-Chien-Trung is, in my opinion, like vietnamesian rösti. Finally we also ordered the cha ngan (marinated pork with a mountain of the holy basilikum above) which is eaten with the mam tom (the notorious Vietnamese garnel paste sauce). the swarm itself was already tasty from the spicy, but the saltiness has already been reduced to the mam tom. the mam-tom itself was on the mild side of the spectrum. pretty sweet, slightly savory and very inoffensive taste (malay belacan/Indonesian terasi was stronger than this). service was fast and efficient. really good experience. I would come back to this place when I visit hanoi in the future.

Large pho, boiled in wise that they normally do not expect. faster service. good prices. know, it is a good reason, despite so many Google reviews, feels like most people eating here are Vietnamese natives.
