Arby's - Hanover

The roast beef is very good as usual. but I ordered a double double beef didnt get a double beef I only got a single. and the bun was so hard and stale I couldnt even need it so I had to pick it apart and eat just the meat thats not what I call lunch

Arbys never fails! Always fast! could use a little more fries in the container. paid for a large and basically got a medium lol but thats alright

We arrived at 4:00, parked our car, and headed to the entrance, only to discover that the dining area was closed and they only serve through the drive-thru. We returned to our vehicle and went through the drive-thru instead. The service was average, and the food was warm. However, the orange cream shake was delicious and definitely made the trip worthwhile!

The restaurant only has a drive-thru option, and the doors are not unlocked, which is inconvenient. There should be a sign indicating where to pick up your food at the drive-thru. The food is excellent, but they really need management that understands how to run things properly. I was disappointed with the experience.
