Dave Buster's - Hanover

What a fantastic experience! I celebrated Galentine's Day with friends and this was the ideal spot. It was a bit crowded in the arcade area on a Friday night, but we were genuinely impressed by the quality of the food! Everything was delicious! Our waitress, Kaya, was incredibly sweet and patient. We started with the nachos, which were full of flavor—definitely on par with what you’d expect from a high-end restaurant. I tried the mushroom stout burger and was equally impressed by its quality. I highly recommend dining here!

The food left much to be desired, but the drinks crafted by my favorite bartender, Chuck, were absolutely delightful. I wouldn't want anyone else serving me! He usually finishes his shift around 5 PM, so it's best to arrive before then to enjoy the best drinks of your life! My friend and I tried the Cajun shrimp dip, which was the only dish we truly enjoyed. Unfortunately, the burger was overcooked, dry, and unappetizingly chewy. The French fries lacked seasoning, and when I attempted to add some salt, it had a strange sweetness that made the fries even less palatable. I've had the wings here before, and they were decent. The fish and chips came with a generous portion of fish, but the breading was crispy yet completely unseasoned, while the fish itself was dry. The tartar sauce tasted more like an onion dip than traditional tartar. I would definitely return for Chuck's fantastic drinks, but I won't be ordering food again. Thank you, Chuck, for being an excellent host!

I visited around 2 PM to celebrate a friend's birthday and enjoyed some games, which was a lot of fun! We ordered the wings and fries appetizer, along with Strawberry Lemonade. The total came to under $55 for both the games and the food! Not a bad deal for a couple of hours of entertainment!

Just no...if you want to wait EXTRA long for your order go here. Trust the reviews on Google and Yelp. Notice the same trend with no change in service for months. Food was okay. Not good when you go there for the first time on a slow night see pics for a young teen birthday dinner and our only a party of 7. We waited about an 1 hr for our dinner...not kidding and the place wasn 't busy at all. A senior citizen family member ordered her salad early and didn 't get it until we questioned what the heck was going on. We were told by OUR waitress (after we asked someone else to find her!! it was sitting in the kitchen waiting to be picked up. Our waitress then said she had it remade so it would be fresh but why not pick it up the first time? Before even returning with the salad she did proceed to bring over a stranger 's baby from another table to our table and say Sorry, I couldn 't resist this cute baby! We were completely shocked and annoyed at this point. I guess at least someone (the stranger 's baby was getting her attention. She saw our look and said hold on I will be right back which she did after taking her time. There was one waitress serving two tables adjacent to us and was on it. Very attentive. I had to ask her for refill waters. I did ask this waitress (not our own mind you b/c she was no where to be seen for a loooong time and 2 different people (a table cleaner included in this for refills on water, naps, and where our food was. The manager did come and comp for the salad and a little of the other food which was something to make amends for the disastrous service. Honestly, the overall dining experience will be remembered as terrible on what should have been a relaxing dinner and the damage was done. This really shouldn 't have happened as this was a small party of 7 and literally lots of EMPTY tables around. We explained about the salad and he said sorry. I then explained how the second meal was brought out alone without the rest

We had a good time out with a few work colleagues. The price was almost right for what we got (bowling and arcade), but I couldn't imagine funding teens to play more than on a rare occasion. A couple of the lanes were defective, but we had really good service from the attendants, so no big issue. I loved how much space there was throughout, but again this would be a huge negative for teens. Overall, I would go back again, and soon. Big thanks for Dave Buster's hosting an enjoyable event.
