Prime Steak House - Hanover

This is my go to spot in the valley. As a steak and salad bar lover, this is a great place. The service was superior and the manager made my birthday special checking on us twice to ensure our experience was wonderful.

The food was very good. The red sangria wasn’t what I had expected. Could’ve been much better. Just had one the other night at the chop house which was amazing!

Overall a good experience. Note: steaks are overcooked; so if you want medium, ask for medium rare. Wish dessert was a little less chocolate-heavy for those who aren't fans of chocolate,

I am NEVER disappointed at PRIME. We love their Prime Salmon, with the red pepper sauce. Their sweet potatoes are fantastic and the wedge salad with blue cheese is tops! Thank you, Prime! We had a lovely chat with one of the family owners. . . . and they shared the story of how they got started at that location from the days it was Steak and Ale. . . .
