Starbucks - Hanover

Wow, what a lovely place with excellent customer service! Parking can be a bit challenging, but the location is quite convenient just outside the shopping center. Around 8:30 PM, I was trying to find the nearest Starbucks to my hotel using the Starbucks app. It directed me to the area near the shopping center, and after walking around for a bit, I realized it was actually inside the mall. I needed a quick stop outside the shopping center before heading to my business meeting, and I was impressed by how efficiently I was able to get in and out. This area used to be quite busy, but I appreciated that I could manage my time well here.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a quick and easy experience with no waiting in line, and they offer a drive-thru option. There’s also a pleasant patio and plenty of seating inside. The location is convenient, situated near Live Casino and Arundel Mills Mall, with easy access to the highway. The only downside is that the parking lot is quite small, making it challenging to accommodate both Starbucks and Cava patrons.

Desiree made the best drinks for me today. With her experience in management at Starbucks, she truly excelled in her role. I would rate her service a perfect 10 out of 10—she definitely deserves a raise!

Good place of Barista was sooo good. The staff was so nice and well trained.

Everything you would expect from Starbucks. Clean place, quick service and outlets everywhere so you can work on your laptop. Great place to stop for drinks or as a work station to get some stuff done.
