Greco - HANWELL

I'm not sure what you changed in your Donair sauce, but I can assure you that I won't return for another Donair from Greco. It's really disappointing because I used to love your Donairs.

It's been years since I last dined at Greco, but the experience is still fresh in my memory. The garlic cloves were fantastic, but the pizza was overly salty, and the cheese barely stuck to the crust. I also suggest getting rid of the arrows on the ground; I followed them and ended up being the second of five people to arrive after me, yet I was the last to be served.

When the first time Captain sub was waiting for me when the other three observed and formed as a line behind me, they started to pull me through and it was just rude service around big sub very tasty, but will not go back due to the bad service

May have been an off night,but ,,,,I was told 25 to 30 minutes for pizza and a donair so I arrived for pickup 30 minutes later.I was told just making the donair . A few other customers came in for orders and wanted a sub. That was made for him on the spot and off he went.A male worker came in from outside and into the kitchen,I was told again just finishing up the donair. I then saw him cutting and boxing the pizza, donair all done. Handed me the food,no mention of the wait time .No masks worn by staff and no smiles or greetings. On a good note pizza was good.
