Starbucks - Happy Valley

I watched the people working today (at about 1:30 PM on Monday). Call security on a customer sitting outside with his drink and journal either drawing or writing. This place is not a welcoming environment and I?d encourage people to take their money elsewhere. There?s a Seattle?s best upstairs in the food court and what looks like a French bakery outside the court as well.

Quick service, plenty of seating between inside outside. Interaction with staff was minimal and straightforward; for mall location, it sufficed.

Whoevers managing this place, you have got to train your staff better. orders are often messed up, wait times are insane, and the cashiers are almost always overwhelmed. all 3 times ive ordered one of the fall drinks here, the same person has made it and he doesnt read the label and makes it iced instead of hot, why arent you making sure your staff is prepared?

I originally gave this place one star because the majority of the staff awhile back were downright hostile to the customers, but I gave them another try today and they have all new staff who're nice.

I stopped in to get some chocolate cake pops for my son, they are his favorite and unfortunately they only had 2 left, yes something is better then nothing but wasn't expecting them to be almost sold out. I will definitely try again the next time I'm in that area though. The store was very clean and organized well.
