I ordered a side salad for 2.39 , I get to the window and she says it’s 2.97, I said, why is it so much…it says 2.39 on your menu? She says I don’t know… tax. In California tax is about 10 cents to a dollar. I told her that is too much and then I said I will not be buying anything today and I drove off. I have been going to that Jack in the box for over 45 years. I don’t plan on ever going back again. They are ripping off people with all these extra fees that even the employee didn’t know of. Bye Bye, Jack-in-the-Box!

Service was awesome but our hamburgers had no flavor. The meat was plain no salt or anything.

I have been coming here forever as it is the closest jack in the box to me. That will change now or I’ll just head over to McDonald’s. I ordered two tacos and a burger combo and asked for an extra sauce I was given two which I had to ask for. The lady said they charge 10c a sauce. Never have I had them tell me this before.

Walked to this location at 7, sign says dining in hours until 8. Door is locked employee sitting on the phone at the table. This place is a constant mess with how it operates. obviously the owner doesn't care. If they aren't randomly closing , they can't get an order right. I've gotten polar opposites of what I ordered before (spring rolls instead of jalapeno poppers that were even on the recipe)
