My mother enjoyed her cottage pie from the lunch menu and found the meal and price to be satisfactory. However, I was very disappointed with my 1-star worthy chicken fajitas, or should I say pepper fajitas. There was hardly any chicken on the sizzler, despite the £15 price tag. I had just recently prepared 1.8kg of high-quality chicken breast, so I was well aware of the cost of chicken. Additionally, the side of boiled potatoes I ordered only had 4 pieces, but 3 of them had bad spots on them. Although I considered sending them back, I didn't want to ruin my mother's day. After my mother complained and showed the evidence, the waitress said she would inform the chef. It was likely just an off meal, but I felt the need to share my disappointing experience.

My friends had booked a table for my birthday celebration, but when we arrived, a very rude waiter informed us that our table had been given away. Instead of apologizing, he directed us to another table without offering any explanation. It was disappointing that he did not handle the situation more professionally, especially since the food at the restaurant was very good. I believe he could benefit from some training on customer service and proper communication.
