Why is our order an hour plus late from the requested delivery time?

We gave them another shot after the order (or lack of) 4 days ago. Got 2 pizzas. One wasn't cut and the Hawaiian BBQ chicken didn't have pineapple. Ugh! Is it really that difficult? At least the order was delivered on time although it was funny to watch the driver who apparently has never seen a ring doorbell before. I sure wish there were more delivery options.

So I called tonight to confirm that they deliver to my address I got the manager Jeff he was very short and rude.. after confirming they deliver to my address I said thank you and have a great night.. he hung up on me.. so I called back to ask to speak to the manager and the same guy Jeff answered the phone and told me he was the manager, he told me he was too busy to be cordial and hung up on me again... I will get this resolved with corporate... If anybody wants a great pizza with great service go across the street to New York Pizza they are incredible family-owned local business with an excellent product.. Jeff the manager at Papa John's Pizza is an overwhelmed clown that could not manage a .25 cent gum ball machine..plus it's an inferior product.. if you're so under the gun you can't be polite you should flip burgers at McDonald's.. I honestly can see why there are so many bad reviews when the management is flat-out rude how could you trust to get a decent pizza here..

Not sure about some of the bad reviews but we order carryout or delivery almost weekly from this store and we are rarely disappointed. Delivery is always on time. Pick up is always ready when I get there. Food quality is better than other chain pizza in the area. Prices a little higher than average but overall convenient and good. Their take out special works well for us. Service has always been pleasant.

We ordered 2 small pizzas with a total 5 toppings on the 2 together. Our total was $39 and change, WTH??? For mediocre pizza ??? Will never go back there again!!!!
