Burger King - Harker Heights

The food here is truly fantastic! My favorite sandwich was the bacon whopper melt, but sadly it's no longer available on the menu. The service is decent, though there's definitely room for improvement. The manager, Geri, is always very pleasant and happy to see me! This place really makes me feel like it's all about my preferences! Food: 3/5

First and foremost, I really appreciate that BK offers fish all year round, not just during Lent. That said, I just visited the drive-thru (literally an hour ago) and the food was outstanding! I enjoy my fish sandwich “mlaw” (made like a Whopper), and I have to say it was perfect! Whoever is cooking in the kitchen today should be on the line all the time because that fish sandwich was everything my heart desired! If you enjoy fish, I highly recommend trying the number 11, made like a Whopper. You won't regret it!

Ms. Melissa provided excellent service while I was taking shelter from the heat during work. The food was fresh and delicious. I had a wonderful experience at Burger King today. Food: 5/5

Slow service, when asked representatives just laughed and found it funny the customer was inquiring as to why the food was taking so long. When I asked for a refund, the associate snatched the receipt out of my wife's hand. At no point did any associate step up as a member of management and even offer to take responsibility for the situation.

We had it our way. The burgers are great at a great price point. The staff is always very friendly and the service is quick too. If there's a line at the drive-thru, it's your turn in no time at all.Food: 5/5
