This is the second time at this restaurant where it has been an overall terrible experience. The first time was six months ago service was terrible and my burger was actually served still partly raw and after that I had decided not to return. But the kids wanted to go, so we tried again. Alas, it was not meant to be. We were seated fairly quickly but the first server to our table was oddly frustrated that our party of five was split into two tables, stating “well I’ll just have to see how we’re splitting this check”. Then another waitress came by about 10 minutes later and this is when the real trouble began. The server was impatient, rolled their eyes and was visibly annoyed at menu that I asked. The server even sighed loudly when I asked for a side that wasn’t normally part of the item ordered. From this point on, our server seemed to make every attempt at avoiding our table, and I waited about 15 minutes on a refill. One of my party members finally was exasperated enough to ask for a manager, but it still went downhill as the server continued to display a sort of attitude. I’ve given this place another try against my better judgment and now it’s an absolute certainty that I will not be returning.
