Eating was terrible messy and the note was dry and cold as if they had been there for more than a few hours. Server did not say order for(name or hello) just handed over the bag and went away looked so unhappy to work there. Sonic is getting worse

She claimed to give me a sweet tea and it was unsweetened. I informed her the tea was unsweetened and she says “no it’s sweet tea” in a rude tone and manner. When I brought my concern to the manager Marisela she informed me she checked and the employees had not added the sugar to the tea. Confirming what I had said that the tea was unsweetened. The tone and manner in which I was being talked down to from Jackie made this an unpleasant experience.

Only a 2 given because it's a hit and miss. Fries cold never got hot food and drinks a very weak. Ask and pay for fresh fruit and get home. Food: 2/5
