Írjon visszajelzéstThe staff took at least 15 minutes to take my order, even though there was only one other customer. The prices were high, with a burger and fries costing $13, but I expected that from a restaurant in a historic area. After placing my order, the staff took another person's order before even starting on mine. The ordering process was very slow, adding an extra 8 minutes before my food began to be prepared. What made matters worse was when the coworker working the grill handled cash transactions, then went straight back to the grill without washing her hands, contaminating the food. When I asked for a refund because of this, the coworker tried to justify it by saying there was a handwashing basin nearby, but that doesn't ensure cleanliness. I have been a loyal customer for years when visiting Harpers Ferry, but I will never return to this restaurant again. If this is their standard practice, they should be shut down as it could make someone very ill.
The waiter had a bad attitude and handled cash before touching uncooked food. It was clear that they did not wash their hands throughout the process, which is concerning for food and health safety. Additionally, they were rude when asked for a refund. This was my first time dining here and I will not be returning. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and unsanitary.
We were excited to grab a coffee to go in Harpers Ferry. However, the lattes we ordered were disappointing. They tasted more like gas station cappuccinos. We didn't try any food, so this review is solely based on the coffee.
The hot coffee was cold and the iced coffee was made in a styrofoam cup. the bathroom sink and toilet were both broken.
Pretty good place overall, but don't get the Iced Apple Cider. It tasted like plain apple juice with a lot of ice added. Wraps and fries we're decent but the burgers were sub-par.
