Taco Bell - Harrington

When it first opened, this restaurant was fantastic. Unfortunately, it seems to be steadily declining. On my last two visits, I encountered issues with incorrect orders. Most recently, I ordered four items at the drive-thru, and when I got home, I discovered I had five items in my bag—four of which were completely wrong. How does that happen? I wouldn't recommend stopping here; your orders are likely to be incorrect, making it a waste of money. Even if you give them a fair chance, you'll often find that your order is lacking. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered online for pickup to save time, but I was disappointed to find that my items weren't ready. Their policy is to prepare the food only when you arrive. The options for pickup are either in-store or to wait in the same drive-thru lane as other customers. I don’t see the point of online ordering if it doesn’t actually save time. Food: 3/5.

I paid nearly $7 for a burrito that was essentially just onions and tomatoes. The last time I checked, burritos are supposed to be round! Honestly, whoever prepared this must have known how disappointing it was. It was completely flat, and to top it off, the burrito wrap was stale. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

Honestly, this location did not impress at all.Service was lacking, which is what it is. Not that big of a deal. A good bit of the tables needed a wipe down, the floors needed to be cleaned, the high chairs were both dirty with food crumbs and spilled drink stains, I didn’t even dare look at the bathroom just based on the dining room. My chicken quesadilla… I just don’t really understand what happened with that. Just refer to the photo. I didn’t get the receipt I requested when ordering on the kiosk. Again, no biggie but still just another nail in the complaint coffin. And there was an actual nail half-sticking out of the booth section of the tables that ripped my pants, so that was fun. The co2 was out so all the sodas were flat, and there was no ice so I couldn’t even have a cold flat soda.Maybe it was a bunch of unfortunate things all at once, or maybe this place needs some help. I’m not sure which, but I probably won’t be visiting this location for a while.

Friendly staff , clean establishment, fast service , definitely an above average taco bell. Chalupas were tasty and made correctly. Pleasant surprise in comparison to the taco bell in SmyrnaFood: 4/5
