Papa John's Pizza - Harrisburg

Got 2 basic large pepperoni regular crust. Asked for extra sauce instead it was completely dry and dough was pounded thin. Cheese lacking. Dry, overcooked, even the kids didn't want it. Had much better pizza at Chuck E Cheese and that's a low bar. Hard pass from now on.

I ordered the new Brooklyn pizza and it was dry and over cooked. The pizza wasn?t appealing at all. The customer services was pretty good but the pizza was made poorly.

Pizza was cold. Dropped off by a door dash driver that left it at my front door without ringing the doorbell. No notification from papa John's or door dash. And they forgot my other pizza. I called to see how they were going to make this right and they said we aren't going to replace the cold pizza because we have no delivery drivers. Cool. Thanks for nothing. I will never order from here again and I truly hope the rest of you do not as well. Support other local businesses.

These people are so nice they are so helpful every time I order from them they make it very quickly and always have great service shoutout to the entire team they always make me feel welcome and I can always rely on them being consistent. I can tell they’re hardworking and always ready to solve any problems.

I order at Papa John's harrisburg location frequently. Pizza is always hot and fresh. I always receive great customer service from the staff. They always go over and beyond to make sure customers are completely satisfied.
