I recently moved to the Westchester area and was looking for a new eyelash place. After a few friend's recommendations, I decided to try Fluffy in Harrison. I came in with lash extensions from the old place and when I had what they considered a consultation, the manager or woman who runs the front desk, was not pleasant... I mean, at all. Perhaps she was busy but as a first time customer, I did not get a good first impression nor did I feel my needs and concerns were being taken into account. I did not feel heard. She was very persistent almost as if she says the same thing and pushes the same thing onto every customer. The eyelash extension places I have gone to in the past have always made it a point to listen to what their customers want, make sure they are able to deliver that, and overall, listen to them. Well, that was not the case at this place. (Full review on YELP).I wish I could say i'd be going back and that I found a place closer to home I feel comfortable with, however, I am clearly still on the hunt for a professional lash extension place with clear communication.The second job they did was not horrible, however, my overall dissatisfaction was that I did not feel the manager took the time to listen to what I wanted, made promises she could not/did not keep, and did not care to communicate/ explain efficiently. I was looking for a place that I could regularly go to, and clearly this. was. not. it!
