Subway - Harrisonville

Has went severely downhill, everytime i come here for my lunch break i end up spending almost my entire break here and the employees ignore me for multiple minutes before starting my sandwich the last 3+ times. I understand people have off days buteverytime they have been out of most the bread and just don't seem to care that they are working extremely slow when no one elseis ever here and they have 2+ employees, i used to close this location by myself and was never that slow single staffed.

I received the wrong sandwich multiple times. It's clearly printed on the receipt, so I can't understand how they keep getting it wrong. Additionally, I've never had anyone answer my phone calls. Given that it's Harrisonville, I had low expectations, but this is something else entirely.

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. However, the dining area could use some improvement; the tables were dirty and the floor needed to be cleaned.

The young man at the counter was exceptionally courteous and professional. He greeted everyone with a warm smile and kind words.
