We had a fantastic experience, as we always do, and have been loyal customers for quite a while.

The food was amazing, but the service was slow and the staff didn't even smile.

I reserved a table with your website when we arrived there was no sign for any booking. The waiter was very slow to order and we always sent wrong food orders to our table. I ordered a mokito that I asked without an incubator, anyway, the waiter presents himself with a cocktail that contains alcohol and is forbidden as a Muslim alcohol in my religion and, in addition, I am pregnant. I had a sip and the waiter realized that it was the wrong drink and took it back quickly and changed it. There was a kind of party, and they removed us two tables and it was just loud. Ordered appetizers that tasted like microwave food and then the net took an hour to come. Very bad service!

I love blue zenzer love the food options and quality. Service wasn’t so great this time...a smile wouldn’t hurt and there’s no one around when you need them but I keep going back because I like the food ambiance and kids menu is great

Service was poor right from the beginning. Zero customer service. Pizza was one of the blandest, tasteless I’ve ever had. Pasta was ok. Starter was tasty.
