Sorrentina - HARROW

It was surprising to find a nice italian in harrow! For me it just about deserved 4 stars. Its relatively small so would suggest booking in advance.We spent 30 each and had 3 courses with drinks. Although I liked the food overall I wish there were more vegetarian options for pasta. On the menu there is 2 red sauces and 1 green for pasta. I wish, where reatuarants can, more options were available to vegetarians. My friends loved the zucchini fries but complained about the portion size.My favourite for the starter was the parmigiana. The pasta was so so. My greed wished for a larger portion but I didn't need it. We managed to try all the desserts.I would probably come back but given the lack of vegetarian options it will be a while!If in the area definitely visit!

I came here for my birthday. It was an absolute disaster from them denying my booking to serving the food. The owners left a poor waititrress on her own to serve the whole restaurant. What a shame this was my favourite Italian restaurant in Harrow, but it was probably the last time I visit.

Went for a quiet dinner and catchup with my cousin. Nice place , nice staff and good food .

Went on a weekday and it wasn’t that crowded. Friendly service. Good Italian food. Ordered a Margherita pizza, Penne Primavera, tomato soup and Garlic and Mozzarella pizza. All were served hot and on time. Giving a five star rating due to the professional service received.They are not open during lunch. Was told that in the future they intend to open the restaurant during lunch. Definitely worth trying if you want to try Italian food in Harrow…

The venue, food, service, value and portions are all 10/10. I absolutely love the whole vibe of this restaurant, it feels so authentic and the staff are all so lovely.My first encounter here was a first date back in 2015; we have visited many times since but to point out a few special ones, we returned to celebrated our pregnancy news, our engagement and then most recently when that date became my husband, we came back to Sorrentina with our family to celebrate our wedding day.The organisation for our party of 25 was impeccable, the food all came out in a structured and timely manner. The quality of the food was incredible as it always is fresh, authentic Italian food cooked to perfection Sorrentina is the perfect little spot for a romantic dinner, a family meal or a larger party meal. Sentimental feelings aside, I truly cannot fault it in any way.Needless to say we’ll be back! But more importantly, the feedback from our 20+ guests that hadn’t been here before was that they all really enjoyed the food, the staff were lovely and that they’d definitely return. Some have even gone and recommended it to their friends and families local people supporting a small local business! A humongous thank you to Tony, Emilio, Adriano and all the rest of the lovely staff, there wasn’t any other place we’d have wanted to spend our day.
