I work close by so I order often. They consistently fail to have my pick up order ready when I get there, usually I show up 5-10 minutes after it says it will be ready for pick up, and usually still have to wait- sometimes up to another 10 minutes. It doesn't seem to matter how busy or not busy they are, they just can't get pick up orders on the shelf in a timely matter.
